ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
ONE TO ONE SESSIONS are for those with specific requirements, and one to one guidance is an excellent way to start Pilates. You may prefer to work on a one-to-one basis, with a friend or a small group of friends. The session format and the exercises given are tailored to suit your individual needs and objectives. At the end of the session a bespoke exercise program can be provided to practice at home. They allow for greater progression and development with close individual attention. These sessions may be on the mat, using small equipment or may be on the large pieces of Studio equipment such as the Reformer or MVe Chair.
We have experience in developing Pilates programs for a large variety of people with specific medical problems that can include those with Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Scoliosis, joint disease, Osteoporosis and those requiring post operative rehabilitation , and as well as those with complex spinal conditions.

GENERAL INFORMATION
WHAT LEVEL ARE YOU?
BEGINNER
A great way to introduce your body to the benefits of Pilates or an ideal class to attend if you are injured.
IMPROVERS
For experienced beginners who are not quite ready to progress to the intermediate level.
INTERMEDIATE
A class for those without injuries. Requires a good level of experience and fitness.
ADVANCED
The ultimate in body strengthening, lengthening, toning and body awareness for those experienced in Pilates.
BEFORE YOU JOIN
Before joining a class, all participants are expected to complete a registration form including a health questionnaire. This will be discussed with your instructor along with your aims for starting Pilates. All those new to Pilates need to attend a pre class assessment session. For those who have had previous physiotherapy treatment or have attended Pilates classes before, a pre-assessment is not always necessary. Following the session the instructor will advise you on how best to proceed with your Pilates training: they may recommend you continue with private sessions for the time being or that you join one of our group sessions.
WHAT TO WEAR?
You will need to wear comfortable clothing, which enables your full range of movement. Clothing without excess zips and buttons is best as these can damage the equipment. Shoes are not required; most of our clients choose to work in socks or bare feet. We have disinfectant wipes we use on the equipment after use. All equipment is provided so just bring yourself along!
CLASS NUMBERS ARE LIMITED TO 7 TO 10 CLIENTS MAXIMUM, DEPENDING ON THE VENUE
